Day 4 of 30 - workout | nishaJD

After multiple failed attempts to workout from home, I've concluded: I needa go back to the gym. Regularly. That is my goal. I'm hoping my body will change but really my only goal is to get into the habit again.  It takes 28 days to change a habit right? That's why my workouts are 30-45 mins and I'm outta there!
